Oakley residents are invited to an open house Monday at The Mad Hatter on Madison Road to meet management and view the premises. Acting manager Danny Wright says officials from the Oakley Chamber of Commerce Community Council Cincinnati City Council and District Six police are welcome. Drinks and snacks will be provided but no alcohol. A short show will illustrate how The Mad Hatter operates.
