Greater Cincinnati Charity Horse Show at Lebanon Raceway
The Greater Cincinnati Charity Horse Show, a major Class A event, will run at Lebanon Raceway June 9-12 and July 6-9 with horse trials and competitions June 10-12. Entries from 20 states and Canada are expected, with 120 hunter jumper classes and 152 saddle and walking classes. Show secretary is Harry C. Fisher of Loveland and the shows are led by Mrs. Lee Eberle. Dressage and combined training including cross country and stadium jumping occur Sunday June 12 as part of Olympic level competition.

Mayor James Luken will present diplomas to the youngest graduates at Cincinnati. The five children are from the Pleasant Ridge Community Center Tots and Tykes program. The preschool classes operate year round at the center.

Walnut Hills Wins 1976-77 Its Academic Championship
Eastern Hills Journal reports Walnut Hills High School won the Its Academic championship in the 1976-77 season. Winning team members were Mark Goodman Mark Spitz and Jon Kraus with adviser Judith Bluestein. Runner-ups Ross Sr High and St Xavier High also received trophies. Trophies donated by Procter & Gamble Co. Channel 44 will air the 1977-78 season courtesy of a Procter & Gamble grant.
