At the Jan 24 meeting Mayor Straley reported Rural Zoning Commission held a public hearing on a zone change for 4.6 acres between Murray Settle and Blaney Aves north of Mariemont. Developers seek DD district for 60 units, up from 48, due to higher costs. A further hearing will follow a county commission review.
