Hyde Park Residents Association keeps gas lights with no assessment
Cincinnati City Council on March 30 voted to retain the gas street lights along select streets with no charges to property owners at least through 1977. MPRA president Carl Uebelacker led the effort to preserve the gas illumination, while the HPRA bulletin noted the electric light logo with a question mark.
