Rev. Norman L. Roberts a Baptist minister from Columbus is named local representative for the Governor's Committee for Refugee Relief Program. He will act for the State Committee in Colorado County, appointed by Governor Allan Shivers at President Eisenhower's request to inform Texans about the Refugee Relief Act of 1953.
