T W Picklesimer of Transylvania County sued the Ro and D railroad in Danville Va municipal court for 20000 damages after a three year old fall from a railroad bridge near Danville. The jury awarded 10000 and the Virginia supreme court affirmed the lower court verdict after years of appeal. Picklesimer to receive the money shortly.
