In Durham Superior Court last week divorces were granted and damages awarded while several cases were non suited or carried over. A key action allowed the plaintiff to withdraw a complaint and file an amended one with sixty days for amendment and another sixty for the defendant to answer. Notable rulings include Mrs. Mary M.
