Remains Laid To Rest in Granville County
Friday the remains of Mrs. Charles Clark were taken to her old home in Granville county and laid to rest. Relatives and friends returned on the afternoon train to find that the infant son, only one week old, was dying. The child died at 6 o'clock and Wednesday another funeral procession to Granville county was held.

At Roxboro street residence of the bride's mother Mrs Margaret Cannady the marriage of James Monroe Davis to Georgia Alberta Cannady took place Wednesday afternoon at 5 10 o'clock with J D Daniel best man and Minnie A Canady maid of honor. Mrs W P McDade of this city died at 3 35 Tuesday morning after a year of illness. Funeral and burial followed a noon train arrival to Maplewood Cemetery. She was 26, leaving a husband one son two sisters and five brothers. The death appears the third from the same illness in the family within two years in Orange County.
