Serious Injury From Fall While Painting House
James Ray, while painting the guttering on T. J. Rigsbee's house, fell about fifteen feet from a swinging ladder. He landed on a shed then the ground, dislocating a shoulder and sustaining severe bruises. Although in great pain, officials do not expect a fatal outcome.

Death of Miss Ann Carrington in Bahama area
News reaches the city of the death near Bahama of Miss Ann Carrington an aged maiden lady. She suffered heart trouble for some time and this was the cause. She lived at the old Carrington homestead and is survived by two sisters Mrs Z T Hampton and Miss Lucy Carrington and many other relatives in the city. She was a consistent christian lady and will be greatly missed by neighbors.
