H H Tippetts, longtime Gila valley resident for 31 years, died Saturday morning at his son in law George W Quinn's home on the Solomonville road. He was 69. Survived by three sons Henry W William P and S E Tippetts and three daughters Mrs Al Layton Mrs Claude Packer and Mrs George W Quinn. Funeral at his home Monday conducted by Bishop J R Welker and John W Morris. Interment in Union cemetery. Guardian.

Representative Whipple chairs Enrolling and Engrossing and sits on Education Constitutional Mandates and Ways and Means. Representative Kane leads Counties and County Affairs and serves on Appropriations Banking and Insurance Agricultural Education and State Accounting and Methods of Business. Whipple introduced the resolution ratifying the proposed constitutional amendment providing for an income tax.
