Under House Bill 139 passed this spring the boards of supervisors must re district counties on September first and old judicial precincts vanish January first 1918 causing all current precinct officers to leave office with no election this year Vacancies will be filled by county boards across the state.

Clouse and Moyers, two travelers from Arizona who went to Idaho chasing dreams of milk flowing and youth renewing, have returned home. 81 Years Old Proves Up Homestead Claim

F R Stees of Jerome Junction appeared before United States Commissioner Moore in Prescott to complete final proof on a 160 acre homestead. At age 81 he acknowledged this was the first time he had claimed the citizen’s right, then said he would return to the dry ranch to grow up with the country.
