The Clifton post office will close the parcel drop on January first due to the new parcels post law. Ordinary stamps won’t cover parcels or fourth class matter. parcels need special stamps with no design change. The first parcels stamps and instructions arrive around December 15, and parcels mail must use a return card. Parcels may be mailed only at designated offices and stations.
