Roosevelt men brought before Justice Tuttle on whiskey charge
Ersel Gagon and Bert Hardman of Roosevelt were brought before Justice Tuttle at Avon for a hearing on possession of whiskey. They were arrested last Wednesday night after a car collision on North Myton Road. Sheriff Arty Michell arrested them following the crash. Justice Tuttle imposed a $50 fine and twenty-five days in the county jail.
