In Lorain Ohio on September 27 Betty Heywood 22 of Elyria in a car with her husband Charles Ed nails and infant daughter was shot in the neck during a confrontation with three officers Frank Klady Walter Knut ef and Louis Cicco under Mayor Standen. Ed nails said he thought the officers were hold up men and sped away. No liquor was found in the vehicle.
