The Federal Land Bank of New Orleans will sell at public auction the described real estate in Houston County Alabama for cash to satisfy the indebtedness secured by the mortgage dated August 15 1995 recorded in Mortgage Book 148 Page 238. The sale is at the courthouse door in Dothan on the G14 day of October 2882 between legal hours. The property equals part of the northeast quarter and other tracts totaling about 58% acres in township 28 range 28. The sale proceeds will be applied to the debt plus expenses.
