SEATTLE RP The return of Japanese-Americans to the Pacific coast defense area has begun under an Army approved screened program. Five Guilty Pleas for Public Drunkenness in Court

Five defendants pleaded guilty to public drunkenness in the Court of Common Pleas before Judge J Norton Mulling Jr, each fined five dollars plus costs.
