Jasper Alabama September 20 AP Sam Thacker and Isam Thacker his uncle were indicted on murder charges by a Walker county grand jury in connection with the slaying of Jack Dylan a farmer of Co Valley. Dulan a wealthy recluse was found shot on his porch by a high powered rifle. The Thackers were neighbors of the slain man. The grand jury also indicted Howard Gilbert and Hewitt Robinson in connection with the $3800 Bank of Oakman robbery at Oakman Alabama.
