Morgan Plan Not Used By Farmers' Supply Merchants

Dothan merchants serving farmers have not adopted Mr L S Morgan’s plan to accept cotton as payment of all or part of indebtedness at ten cents a pound. Some merchants have joined, but many supplying farmers on net terms have stayed aloof, hindering progress in addressing the cotton crisis.
