Dothan voters will decide Monday on the City Manager form of government and to elect John D. Ayres to a three year term on the City Commission. Election hours run from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Absentee ballots issued six, four returned. Ayres, serving as interim president of the commission, will take office Oct. 1. The unexpired term will be filled by J. W. Parkman. Mile A. Miller did not seek re election.
