FAYETTEVILLE Tenn Oct 18 AP investigation of an April 27 plane crash that killed nine ended with a no true bill. Pilot Milton P. Covert and manager Al Gombert had faced second degree murder charges after a May preliminary hearing. Officials say the grand jury action closes the inquiry. The crash occurred during a stunting exhibition under the American Legion and struck a crowd, killing seven instantly and injuring two more.
