Fayette Ala Oct 15 AP Will Johnson 50 was killed as Ham Ford Jr publisher of a weekly newspaper here fired after Johnson intruded a warehouse during an arrest. Sheriff Berry accompanied the Sheriff said Johnson opened fire. Ford returned fire and Johnson was fatally wounded. Ford's condition was not believed serious.
