Scouts Distribute Posters For OWI Enlistment

Scouts of Group 3 posted seventy five notices in the City business district announcing an OWI program for boys aged seventeen to eighteen. Eligible youths may enroll as aviation cadets in the US Army Air Forces and be called to active duty when they turn eighteen. Raymond Saab, Senior Fatherly figure, noted the effort.
