Two Week Civil Jury Court Set

A two week term of his jury court will convene Monday June 4 at the county courthouse with Judge D C Halstead presiding. A total of 122 cases is scheduled for trial with 82 net for the first week and 40 for the second. A large number of the cases are damage suits.

Mrs. J. W. Paulk Dies At Campbellton Home

Mrs J W Paulk of Campbellton died at her home yesterday afternoon after a long illness. Survivors include her husband five daughters including Georgia Belle Lee Iva and Frances Nadine Paulk all of Campbellton and Mrs Apste Laune Buntin Cottonwood two sons John W Paulk Jr in the Army and D P Paulk Campbellton three sons Gare Machin Live Oak Fla Patty Brooking Montgomery Gypsy Brookins Columbus Ga two brothers Will Pur Columbus and Jog Punis Graceville and three grandchildren.
