Officers Take Two Men Through Seven Counties
Willard Keith and Dutch Harrington were returned to Florida by officers yesterday after a trip through seven counties in Alabama and Florida. They were arrested on request of Florida authorities. The loot they were said to have stolen was alleged to have been sold in southeast Alabama and northwest Florida.

Dothan Teachers Receive Payroll to Cover Delinquent Salaries
Dothan city school teachers received a payroll of 4 726.19 to cover two weeks of delinquent salaries. The payment included both white and Negro teachers. A council meeting discussed a loan of 10 000 to 15 600 to fund the teachers, but the measure was not introduced. About 5 000 was paid a week earlier from the three mill tax fund, with 2 200 paid by the city.

Three men were placed in the county jail last night by federal officers on charges of violating the prohibition law. Two suspects were white, one was Black. One man was released on bond today.

Cyclone Cloud Sighted Near Dothan Area This Afternoon
A cyclone cloud passed within five miles of Dothan at 3 PM and moved toward Headland with heavy rain. Reports described a large funnel shaped ball of fire and roaring storm as towns including Midland City and Pickard reported wind and wire disconnections. Local residents observed the unusual cloud from Dothan and a water tank lookout.

Fire Causes Panic During 1932 High School Graduation
At the city auditorium more than 1,000 people panicked when a strip of paper on stage caught fire during the graduation program.
