Dottley Boys Tour Jordan Loop As Amateur Pro Wrestlers

Charles and Paul Dottley, aged 12 and 10 from Dothan Ala, announce a month long tour of the Chris Jordan circuit starting June 1. The brothers will wrestle in the lightweight division, claiming a state class title for Paul and showing a strong grappling record. Lee Rogers Faces Tough Path to Red Sox Roster

Scalzi Is Sent to Troy After League Hearing

Frank Scalzi a Alabama shortstop reputed to have signed with Eufaula and Troy for the 1935 season was surrendered to Troy after a league hearing. Eufaula showed signed contracts telegrams and letters about Scalzi intention to play for Eufaula but he later shifted to Troy coached by Happy Campbell who manages the Troy Dixie entry. Troy paid Eufaula cash and sent outfielder Smith to Eufaula for Scalzi’s release.
