Houston County Board of Equalization sets summer hearing
The Board of Equalization of Houston County Alabama has reviewed and valued all property for the current tax year. The tax return lists are in the office of the Tax Assessor and open for public inspection. The Board will sit at the Court House on the first Monday in June and thereafter daily to hear protests filed by any taxpayer. Objections must be written to the Secretary within ten days of final publication, describing each item and reason for the objection. May 10, 17.
