Alabama to Hold First Forum on County Affairs

The University of Alabama will host the states first Institute of State and Local Affairs June 26 28 following the annual state education conference. Seven conferences start 8 p m June 26 with additional sessions at 11 a m 4 p m and 8 p m on June 27 and 28. Dr John McLure says the institute will tackle county government issues and current social economic questions with an open forum on the proposed national labor amendment June 28. The Alabama Federation of Women's Clubs backs the event and reservations are sent to the University summer school.
