Flowing cotton market sections show Good Middling at 111-8 and Middling at 107-8 with Low Middling 105-8 as buyers and sellers trade. Local residents and visitors including Dawsey of Pawsey Chalker of Route 2 Hall of Hartford Newman of Abbeville Burdeshaw of Kinsey Capps of Abbeville and many others were noted visiting or attending court and paying poll taxes this week.
Col E A Turner of Headland and J A Gaylord of Ashford attended court and called at the Eagle office. F B Culver reports his wife improving after a Atlanta trip. G T Roberts of Hardwick attended court. Angus Folkes of Live Oak Fla visited home folks. Dr J D Stevens returned from Atlanta post graduate study. Barlow Wilson's New York Minstrels performed Thursday night with all white performers praised as superior. LAST CHANCE poll tax payment is due today. Mr O M Hill Coast Line agent suffers eye trouble and hopes for a quick recovery.
Dr Earl F Moody and Miss Ilona Cameron married at eight o clock Monday night at the Troy Methodist Church. Relatives and friends from Dothan attended. newlyweds departed for Savannah and New York on a late train.
The state of Alabama Houston County issues a chancery notice in Dothan Eagle for Kate Miller a non resident of Alabama believed living in Georgia to plead answer or demur to the bill by May 12 1906 or a decree pro confesso may be taken. The order by Register M Cody dated April 17 1906.

An all day singing is planned for Sunday May 12 at the Houston County courthouse. Many people are expected and several matters of interest to singers will be addressed in addition to the music.
