A cyclone struck Nepton Excel Manistre and Jones Mill Sunday between 6 and 7 a m. Two residents Kim Bailey and Stave Byrd are confirmed dead and thirteen injured. Many others missing or dead as the storm damaged farms huts smokehouses and stock. In Manistee Repton and Monteville the drugstore Masonia lodge and outbuildings suffered heavy damage.
