Atlanta March 21 A native son of flood struck Elba Alabama Thomas K Windham president of Thomas K Windham Incorporated Atlanta home builders offered his organizations services non free of charge to supervise erection of temporary structures to house the population of Elba He said he knows practically every inhabitant by first name and is deeply moved by the towns plight His plan calls for a committee of prominent Atlanta citizens to lead a fund drive and supervise the use of funds He left Atlanta Sunday by car for an inspection tour of the flooded area.
