Mose Daniel a 19 year old negro confessed to assaulting a white woman in Montgomery Alabama and is held at Kilby Prison awaiting a preliminary hearing likely Friday. A regular county grand jury will convene in May and no special grand jury was called. He denied involvement in a separate attack but admitted to the Sunday assault and identified the earlier suspect.
