Grain markets slip on snow and policy pause

Wheat led a broad grain decline as traders cited more snow in the southwest and the government’s silence on flour purchases. Corn and oats fell in sympathy, with May wheat 3 to 5 cents lower and May corn around 2 3/4 to 3 3/4 cents down. Soybeans surged the daily limit to 8 cents, at about 3.66. The note adds copper content in cars.
