In a sitting by meeting of the Alasa nagre relief is sought for Rhena Rivers a coxred inmate. She served 12 plus years for an 1898 Henry county circuit court conviction for attempted murder by poison and was miscertified as serving 20 years resulting in a death on May 31 1907.
