Mrs. B W Clendinen eighty two died at 6 2 m today at her home 180 south Andrews street after a short illness. She had lived in Co Methodist church. her husband died March 27 this year. Surviving are two daughters Mrs W T Jones and Miss Louise Clendinen of Dothan, son Ean W Clendinen of Dothan, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Panora will be held at 4 a m tomorrow at Mrs Jones home 4 South Foster street with Dr Norman McLeod officiating. Burial will follow in City cemetery with Ward Wilson in charge. Private George W. Peters, son of T. J. Peters of Newton route one, has arrived at the Field Artillery Replacement Training Center Fort Hl Oklo for thirteen weeks of basic training. Inducted into the Army at Fort McClellan June 2, 1943, he has been attached to Battery C 27 Battalion, First Training Regiment at Fort Gill.
