New York July 23 Cotton sold off about 25 points amid 20000 to 25600 December contracts reportedly for Black & Co. Castles Rame was named among buyers. Early trading remained firm on rain fears but maps showed only light showers in parts of Mississippi Tennessee and Arkansas with no rain promised.
