Three Suits Filed In Auto Fatality
Three damage suits totaling 60000 dollars were filed against Edward Goins and his brother Marion Goins of Kansas City by RB E Poyner husband of deceased Jessie C Poyner through Poyner's attorney. One suit seeks 25000 for civil damages against Edward and another 25000 against Marion. a third 10000 suit against Marion by Poyner for damages to himself after a July 14 auto wreck on the Marianna Dothan highway left Mrs Poyner dead and Poyner injured. The Goins brothers, interior decorators, are held on hit and run charges with bonds set at 1000 each. Marion Goins is a veteran.
