Winters, former Montgomery man, arrested in Arizona
E N Winters, formerly deputy collector of internal revenue in Montgomery, is under arrest in Bisbee Arizona on an embezzlement charge. He was indicted by a federal grand jury and surrendered to federal officers. He allegedly collected funds as deputy collector but failed to remit them to the government.
