Couple Murdered in Parked Car Near Nashville
A man identified as W. A. Craig of Memphis and Mrs. Ruth Davenport of Nashville were found murdered in a parked automobile along a country line near Nashville. Both victims died from shotgun blasts. Indianapolis July 3 AP Russell Boardman 35 Boston sportsman and aviator died of injuries from a crash during the trans continental air race. He had fractured skull, broken shoulder and punctured lung. His 12 year flying career ended after a cross wind during takeoff. His greatest feat was the New York to Istanbul flight in 1931.
