New York July 1 AP Police Commissioner Edward Mulrooney announced that Frank Giordano, to be executed at Sing Sing tonight, confessed he was in the car from which the Harlem baby killing shots were fired a year ago and that gang leader Vincent Coll did the shooting. Warden Lawes said he spoke with Giordano and Dominic Odierno, both granted a reprieve after last night’s execution time.
