Seed Mills Seek Reorganization in Federal Court

The National Cottonseed Products Corporation filed for corporate reorganization under the bankruptcy act in federal court. Liabilities exceed 3.8 million with assets around 5.8 million. Judge Harry B. Anderson named J. E. Robertson and A. B. Pittman Sr as temporary trustees to report by February 1 on available property and staffing needs.
