Earl Jerkins Held After Warehouse Burglary

Earl Jerkins was taken into custody and released on a $1,000 bond after a burglary at Consolidated Produce Co. warehouse. Funeral Today For Mrs Fannie Lee Rudd Of Newton

Mrs Fannie Lee Rudd age 30 of Newton Rt 3 died yesterday afternoon in a local hospital. Funeral was at Christian Home church at 11 this morning with Rev Beals of Enterprise officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery. Survivors include husband John L Rudd, her parents Mr and Mrs George L Brannon of Newton Rt 2, two children Edna and Mildred, three brothers L J Brandon Ernest Brandon and Willie Brandon of Newton Rt 2, and four sisters Mrs J T Reynolds of Kumatilla Fla Mrs R R Williams of Newton Rt 2 Mrs Bill Monk of Midland City and Miss Nana Mae Brandon of Midland City.

J A Cliatt Dies at Bainbridge on Tuesday

J A Cliatt, 49, who spent his boyhood in Dothan, died Tuesday at his Bainbridge Georgia home after a brief illness. He is survived by his widow and two small children and by siblings Mrs R L Kirkland of Dothan and I T Chatt of Jacksonville. Funeral services were held in Bainbridge Wednesday.

B G Kirkland Dies In Tuscaloosa After Long Illness

B G Kirkland aged 64 died in Tuscaloosa Sunday after a long illness and was buried there Monday. A former Dothan resident he was well known here.
