In Montigny Lencoup France an historic cedar over two centuries old was toppled by a squall after surviving many tempests. The tree 35 feet in girth and 105 feet tall grew from a Lebanon drought sapling in 1734 by Bernard de Juveleu. A twin remains at Paris Botanical Garden. The cedar weakened by repeated lightning and storms finally fell after a strong gust.

Wisconsin man freed from multi suit juror duties
