E Ray Penrose supreme counselor of the United Commercial Travelers of America will speak at a Dothan Council No 600 UCT dinner at the Houston Hotel tomorrow at 7 pm. A Salt Lake City native he graduated from L S S University and Business College and excelled in athletics debate and dramatics. He helped found the major oil distributor he now runs and serves as secretary treasurer of five oil companies and president of a loan company. He chaired eight war bond drives during the war and earned commendations for exceeding quotas.

Friday night collision on Highway 92 a half mile north of Dothan left a car driven by Frank Page and a pickup truck driven by William Leland Cannon badly damaged. Both vehicles left the road after meeting head on near a curve. the car rolled. Estimated damage was $590. No injuries and no charges filed.
