Six Convictions In Sequel To Mass Killing
Kansas City January 4 AP Six persons were convicted in Federal court of arranging the delivery plot that killed Frank Nash and four officers at Union Station Plaza on June 17 1933. The jurors deliberated two hours and 12 minutes before returning the verdict at 9 30 this morning. Convicted were Louis Doc Stacei Frank B Fritz Mulloy Richard Tallman Galatas and his wife Elizabeth Gallatas Herbert Allen Farmer and Mrs Esther Farmer. Vivian Mathis pleaded guilty as the trial opened. The judge ordered the four men held for sentencing tomorrow morning while the two women were released on bond.
