Evangelist to Build Tabernacle in Dothan
Evangelist Ear F. Witman arrives in Dothan to erect a tabernacle on the Baker lot at Newton and College streets for a revival of unspecified length. The 1,000-seat structure will begin construction tomorrow and host seven in Witman’s party. Witman, of Ashtami Avenue Baptist Church Toledo, says he was converted 22 years ago by Billy Sunday and has led revivals in several cities. The first service is planned for next Sunday at 7 30 p.m.
