Tragic river search ends with infant death known
Officers and others hunted the river in motorboats under State Game Warden Yo Griffin. A fur collar from Adams coat was the only trace of the woman and child found until yesterday. The infant’s body was found by Ralph Stevens and Albert Willigims. Funeral services for the child will be held at Midland City Methodist Church at 3 PM with burial in Midland City cemetery beside Adams. Adams survived by two children and many relatives.
