OZARK Ala Arguta Home Demonstration Club named the outstanding Dale County club for community activities in 1948. The club received a loving cup awarded annually to the top scoring club. Ne e Daughtry notes members score themselves monthly and submit to the executive council as year totals are tallied.
The win club score sheets designate points for activities the home agent notes that the loving phrase for what up is not. Miss Daughtry says it is merely a token reminding them of their achievement. The Arguta club is commended for winning the award in 1948.
Abbeville report shares that swine and humans both suffer flu and pneumonia, often confused with hog cholera. County Agent H. M. Warren notes the disease is less fatal, shorter in duration, and detectable by cough, nasal and eye discharge, fever, and appetite loss.
