Man Declared Sane Faces Trial for 1928 Slaying
BIRMINGHAM Feb 15 AP Frank West 25 recently discharged from Bryce hospital Tuscaloosa has been declared sane and will face trial for the slaying of Kien Higginbotham in 1928. West was indicted after the slaying and admitted to the hospital a year ago. Attendants testified at the sanity hearing they considered West mentally balanced.
