Prohibitionist Upshaw Joins Atlanta District Primary Fray
Willie Upshaw, the veteran Prohibition candidate who served the district from 1919 to 1926 and ran for President in 1932, enters the race as Thomas L. Camp, Ramspeck’s secretary, and Helen Mankin, Atlanta lawyer, contest for the seat.
