Log Rollers Meet Planned in Andalusia This Thursday

The Wiregrass Log Rollers Association holds its sixteenth quarterly greeting in Andalusia with Judge Harry K. Martin presiding. Brother of Mrs. Rush dies at Selma home

Heywood McFadden died at his Selma home early today. Mrs. C. W. Rush travels to attend his funeral in Greensboro tomorrow with burial in the family cemetery. He is survived by his widow and one child.

Funeral Held Today For Mrs Odella Odom

Mrs Odella Elizabeth Odom of Gordon route one died at home after a brief illness. She was 72 and survived by six daughters and a son. Funeral services were conducted at Liber Baptist church Pansey this afternoon at 2 oclock with Rev J A Etheridge officiating. Fellows and Forrester Funeral Home handled arrangements. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Taudie Kingry aged 26 of Dothan route one died at a local hospital after a two week illness. Survived by husband and daughter Betty Ruth, three sisters Ada Newton of Columbus Georgia Eula Clark of Dothan Graceville Frances Thomas and four brothers John Thomas of Columbus Ainey and Henry Thomas of Graceville. Funeral services were held at Tayor church with Rev C C Balcham presiding and burial at Clark cemetery. Houston Funeral Home in charge.

County to Set 4500 Rodent Traps Starting Next Week
